Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your bag leaves our warehouse.
Mother's Day in Australia is 10 May 2026. Metro deliveries take 2 to 5 business days from dispatch, so orders placed by 5 May should arrive in time. Regional delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, so order earlier to be safe. If you want certainty, a Striide Club gift card lands in her inbox the day you buy it.

Yes. Email us at play@striideclub.com.au as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund you in full to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
If your order hasn't shipped, yes. Send us your order number and the new address and we'll update it. Once dispatched, we can't redirect.
Mother's Day falls on Sunday 10 May. To make sure your bag arrives in time, we recommend ordering by Tuesday 5 May with Express Post selected at checkout. WA, TAS and NT customers, please select Express Post. Free Parcel Post will not arrive in time.

Free Parcel Post: 2 to 5 business days for metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra) and 5 to 10 business days for regional and rural. Express Post: 1 to 2 business days for east coast metro, 2 to 4 business days everywhere else. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Yes. The moment your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before you message us.
Couriers occasionally miss scans in transit. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it.
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives. Bags must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
Email play@striideclub.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send instructions and, where applicable, a return label.
You do, for change-of-mind returns. We recommend a tracked service since we can't refund returns that don't reach us. If your bag arrived faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we cover postage both ways.
Yes, subject to stock. Follow the same process, tell us which colour you'd like, and we'll hold it for you until your return lands.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving your return. It then takes 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
The Court Bag is our tennis bag. It holds 1 to 2 rackets, balls, water bottles and everything in between. Court to cafe in one bag. The Paddle Bag is cut for pickleball, with a dedicated sleeve for your paddle and room for the rest of your kit.

Yes. Neoprene handles a light rain between car and court without issue. It's not meant for full downpours, so we'd tuck it under cover if the weather turns.
Our swatches show true colour. Chalk White is a soft off-white with warm undertones. Court Pink is a muted, dusty rose (not neon). Club Green is a deep, considered forest green.

Spot-clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Neoprene is forgiving, so most marks lift without much fuss. Avoid soaking, harsh detergents, and the dryer.
No. The gold hardware and the bag's structure won't survive it.
Extended direct sun exposure can fade most pigmented materials over time. Store your bag indoors when you're not using it to keep the colour true.
