Everything you need to know about how we get your Striide Club bag from our studio to your door. If you have questions outside of what's covered below, we're one email away.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will be available in future. If you'd like us to let you know when we ship to your country, join our mailing list.
Free standard shipping on every Australian order.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, available to most Australian addresses.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
During new product launches, restocks, and peak periods (for example, Mother's Day, Christmas, end-of-financial-year sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll let you know if there's any delay.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier.
Some items may be available for pre-order before stock arrives. Pre-order dispatch dates are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If you order pre-order items alongside in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order stock arrives, unless you contact us to split the shipment (additional shipping cost may apply).
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can only ship to the address provided at the time of order. If you notice an address error immediately, email us at play@striideclub.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In these cases, you may need to pay for a new order.
If your parcel is returned to us by the carrier (for example, because no one was home to collect it, or the address was incomplete), we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping fee.
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at play@striideclub.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and arrange a replacement or refund.

During Australian public holidays, carriers may pause deliveries, which can extend delivery times. During Christmas and other peak periods, we recommend ordering early.
